I can highly recommend Sinclair!! Sinclair did 7 different jobs in my house, some were quite complex and he did a great job! He is hardworking, very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you find the right solution. He is also very polite and tidy and completed all the jobs in the required timeframes. This was the first time I used the “My Builder” site and Sinclair was the first electrician to express an interest in my job (I had 3 in all). He came at the arranged time to look at the job and gave me a quote for the work, which was reasonable as he had to replace an antiquated fuse box. I needed the work to be carried out quickly which I was lucky he was able to do.

Sinclair did a fairly big job for us during April/May, where we moved kitchen into another room following knocking down of a structural wall. Work included re-wiring, new circuit, new sockets etc. Sinclair is methodical and detailed in his approach. He is very calm, accommodating and good on explaining what he is doing. I found him to be competitively priced and would recommend/use again without hesitation. Also, as we were staying in the house, while the job was taking place, he was very good with children, which I found very nice of him.

All the work (installing two new fuse-boards, replacing and installing bathroom fan, fitting a new shaver socket and new bathroom light, as well as testing the property's overall electrical safety and issuing an EICR certificate) was completed to a high standard, and he took great care in ensuring the finish was top notch. Sinclair completed the job to the highest of standards. Replaced two faulty immersion boiler timers and on top of that; discovered a hidden switch on the ventilator box that only turns on when needed, cutting down on the electric use and noise! Highly recommended and will be requesting his services again for other jobs.
